About

Sarah. 28. Deeply rooted, wild hearted creative with a love for soulful exploration both outdoors and within. Wielder of paint brush and pen and whatever else I can get my hands on. Find me sweaty and dirty basking in the sunshine or indulgently cozying up indoors. In both cases, likely with coffee and a good book. Finding my way with my gifts. In my other life, I am a therapist working with teens in crisis.

I am a woman who is passionate about helping others connect to spirit and soul through intentional time spent in nature. I believe that nature is the mirror in which we see our most whole selves reflected back to us. Nature is a holding place - a place where all of us is accepted and loved and there is space to breathe into the possibility of our lives. Nature is strong enough to hold all of us - our grief, our joy, our darkness and our light. Using nature as a guide in the healing process, I support you in exploring the wilderness within. Working holistically as a certified wilderness rites of passage guide, I draw upon my background in somatic ecotherapy and depth psychology to support you in noticing the themes, stories, and images that no longer serve you, and working toward developing and embodying a new vision for your life.
